A clever idea with genuinely mixed results, and worth saying so plainly. The grips fit over the nail tips so the hard nail no longer skates on a hard floor — Dr Buzby's describe them as acting like rubber cleats at the exact contact point, developed by a veterinarian, and many owners report dogs walking confidently on hardwood again almost immediately. Twenty grips per pack, sized by nail width, with a stated life of one to three months per set. The counterweight is the review pattern: a middling overall rating, with a meaningful number of owners reporting they will not stay on, are hard to apply, or are expensive for something consumable. Try them, and try rugs and runners at the same time — the free intervention often does as much. Keep nails short and paw hair trimmed regardless.
