WagYears earns from qualifying Amazon purchases at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we recommend or how a pick is ranked.
Affiliate disclosure
WagYears is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
In plain language
If you click a product link on this site and buy something, Amazon may pay us a small percentage of the sale. It costs you nothing extra. The price you pay is the same price you would pay arriving at Amazon any other way.
What commissions do not do
- They do not decide what we recommend. Rankings come from the method on our methodology page: 70% owner satisfaction, 30% authored stage fit. Commission rate is not an input, and nobody pays us to be included.
- They do not stop us saying "do not buy this." A good share of the advice on this site is that you already own something that works, that the cheaper option is the right one, or that the honest answer is a conversation with your vet rather than a purchase.
- They do not buy a placement. No brand has paid for a position, a review, a score or a mention on this site. If that ever changes, it will be labelled on the page it happens on and not in a footnote.
Where our links go
Amazon only, and always to a specific product page. We do not use search-result links, and we do not link refurbished or renewed listings.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site are what the listing said the last time we read it. They move, sometimes daily, and stock changes faster than we can republish. Always check the price on the retailer's page before you buy - that is the real one.
Independence
WagYears is published by Hilly Shore Labs, independently and with no outside ownership. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and we are not your vet.
